I just started my electricity for this new apartment with NSTAR. When I signed up I was given the option to pay more and have a certain amount of my bill go to support wind-power, either 50% or 100%. It's a wonderful push on the part of the electric company to build more revenue to invest in wind-power.
Unfortunately money is really tight right now, and I couldn't afford to do it. Perhaps in the future I'll be able to switch my plan over.
